Tae Bo
Tae Bo is an aerobic exercise developed by martial arts practitioner Billy Blanks. Blanks developed a workout for himself that involved classic techniques from boxing and martial arts combined with dance. The result is an intense workout to help condition the heart and body. Be prepared to sweat!
The martial arts and boxing help to develop strength, coordination, speed, balance and awareness while the addition of dance gives Tae Bo rhythm and energy.
